Firstly congratulation to all those students who graded on the 30th March 2003.
A special mention to Nathan Pay and Jake Pay, both were outstanding.  Their commitment to training has definatly paid off, well done guys.
   -----------------------------
Something to remember when we start to get slack.

"Every morning in Africa a Lion wakes up! He knows he must run faster than the slowest    Gazelle or he will starve to death"

"Every morning in Africa a     Gazelle wakes up! He knows he must run faster than the fastest Lion or he will be eaten"

The moral to the story

It doesn't really matter weather you are a Lion or a Gazelle, when the sun comes up you better start running.

Zen Jitsu Kai will be holding our first National Titles.  This is also open to all students of other clubs as well and will be held locally.
I will let everyone know the date as soon as I have finished organising everything (it will be held before the World Titles)
